Accessibility statement

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website and advertiser portal. If anything is hard to use, tell us and we will help another way.

The standard we work to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We have not had the site formally audited, and we do not claim full conformance. We do not use accessibility overlay tools.

What we do

  • Headings in order, page landmarks and a skip-to-content link.
  • Every control works with a keyboard, with a visible focus ring.
  • Text and controls meet contrast guidelines.
  • Form fields have labels, and errors are tied to the field that needs fixing.
  • Images have text alternatives; illustrations are labeled.
  • Animation stops when your device asks for reduced motion, and moving content can be paused.
  • Pages work at phone width and when text is enlarged.
  • We check pages with automated tools and by keyboard before release.

Known limitations

  • The mockup tool draws your ad on a truck photo. If you cannot use it, tell us your business name, headline and colors and we will make the mockup for you.
  • Some content comes from other services, such as scheduling tools and PDFs. We ask them to meet the same standard and will provide the information another way.

Get help or give feedback

Email ads@roadwaydisplays.com with the subject "Website accessibility." Tell us the page and what got in the way. You do not need to tell us about a disability. We reply within 2 business days and will give you the information or complete your request another way at no extra cost.

Ongoing work

We review the site as we add pages and fix issues as we find them. This statement was last reviewed on October 3, 2026.
